Delivery Protocol (restricted - exterior)

Delivery teams may deliver to an exterior location of the home for drop off only.

Delivery teams will not perform old mattress removal when delivering new mattress , but will return after lockdown.

Delivery teams wear masks and maintain appropriate distancing. 

Delivery teams will enter customers details on their smart devices as proof of delivery.

Delivery Protocol (restricted - room of choice)

Delivery to room of choice or prepared area within the customers home.

Please ensure that the room of choice has no obstructing furniture or other items that would impact the placement of delivery items.

We are unable to unpack and or install product, as are limiting the time our delivery teams are inside the customers home, minimising the risk.

Showroom Protocol

All customers sign in via the government QR code (ongoing).

Facemasks to be worn by all customers and staff (during restrictions).

Freshly laundered pillowslips available to all customers (ongoing).

Hand sanitsers available throughout the store (ongoing).

Surfaces and products sanitised regularly (ongoing).

Appropriate distancing measures (ongoing).
