you may change the comfort of your mattress between a firm, medium or plush within 100 nights of receiving your mattress, if the guarantee is added at the time of purchase, a mattress protector must be used, the comfort of your actual mattress is adjusted by the manufacturer (ah beard, comfort sleep, sealy, sleepmaker) and the entire top comfort layer panel is replaced, the fee for the service to cover materials and labour is $100 plus the standard delivery charge each way (pickup and return) to your postcode
