The AH Beard Origins Planet Mattress is tufted by a craftsman with no glues or foams. It features the Quadcore Pocket Spring support system and Mini Comfort Coils (medium and plush). The Planet’s knit fabric is made with Tencel from sustainable grown eucalyptus and Organic Cotton that is GOTS certified. The comfort layer incorporates a Blended Australian Wool Fibre layer that is naturally dust mite resistant, breathable. All AH Beard Origins mattresses are hypoallergenic with a 10 Year Warranty and are Australian Made.

Every AH Beard Origins mattress is stitched by hand, not glued. The entire sleep surface is tufted together by a craftsman to lock each component into place, resulting in a long lasting mattress made using traditional methods.

Comfort Coils
Thousands of micro comfort coils gently conform to your body’s curves – helping to to relieve pressure, prevent discomfort and keep you relaxed from dusk till dawn. These recyclable coils have been awarded by the Queen for their innovative design.
The Prosperity contains ultra comfort coils in the plush and medium and airflow comfort coils in the firm. The Populace contains ultra micro comfort coils in the plush, airflow micro comfort coils in the plush and medium and micro comfort coils in the firm. The Planet contains mini comfort coils in the plush and medium.
EvoCoil and QuadCore
Evocoil® found in the Prosperity range is the world’s first 100% recyclable pocket spring support system, It is ultrasonically welded rather than glued, which enables the non-woven fabric pockets to be separated from the springs at the end of life, so both components can be recycled.
Quadcore found in the Populace and Planet ranges, features springs individually wrapped into their own pocket, then ultrasonically welded into a nest of four, eliminating the need for glue.
Both the EvoCoil and QuadCode springs inherit the fundamental properties of pocket springs that reduce partner movement.
